to, the sellers of the above-listed businesses.
HOWEVER: If
you’re interested in buying a particular business or type of business
in Tucson or Southern Arizona, we can represent you and work for you in
finding a business. There will be an up-front retainer fee of 1% of the
approximate value of the business being purchased, which shall be
subtracted from any commission due to the broker, should the broker be
successful in obtaining a satisfactory business or property.
